New Lupin project to be set in UK

TMS Entertainment have announced that information on the 50th anniversary Lupin III project is to be revealed on March 25th!

The news will coincide with both Anime Japan 2021 and the TMS Expo, which are both taking place digitally online this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The short announcement of the news over on Twitter comes with a teaser image for the project - in which we can see what appears to be a green jacketed Lupin overlooking the famous Big Ben clocktower in London.

We only have a week to wait before we find out all the details. Check back for more information on the 25th!

Could this be a tease for Part 6, and will Lupin and the gang be heading to the United Kingdom?

This would mark the second time Lupin has visited London - the first during an episode of the Part II TV series, which featured true to life British detectives that ate nothing but fish and chips, had terribly high cholesterol levels and lived their life by the chime of Big Ben!

The teaser image does match the same manner of which both Part IV and Part 5 (V) were revealed, with artwork showing Lupin overlooking a landmark, and country locale. We’re simply guessing (so please don't take our word for it), but our bets are on a new TV series!

This is an exciting time to be a Lupin III fan - be sure to stay tuned!
